Join us for an excellent group ride to the 46th Annual Wake up the Earth Festival in Jamaica Plain, taking place in the Southwest Corridor Park.  After taking a rest and getting a bite to eat there, we’ll continue for a tour through Arnold Arboretum, and then head back to Newton.  You’ll see how easy it is — and fun — to get to Jamaica Plain visit a cool outdoor festival, have a picnic and go to the Arboretum — all without a car!

Meet at the Newton Free Library at Homer St. in Newton Center and we’ll depart at 11:00am on Saturday the 4th.   This is a family-friendly, “no-rider-left-behind” ride and all ages are invited, but all young children must be accompanied by an adult.  Bike helmets are required.   Approx. 15 miles roundtrip.  Be sure to check bikenewton.org for last-minute changes.
