    Join us for a ride to Fresh Pond in Cambridge using the Watertown-Cambridge Greenway.  We will loop around the pond and head back on the Greenway, or if the group would like, we can extend the ride a bit by going through Harvard Square, take a short break for a cold drink or cup of coffee,  and then continue along the Charles River paths back to Newton.  You will see how easy and fun it is to get to these delightful places on your bike!     This is a great ride for kids, families and folks of all ages.  And a good warm-up for your ride with Dad on Father's Day!    From the Newton Library, we'll go down the Commonwealth Ave. Carriage lane to Auburndale, through the Cove north and along Charles river path in Waltham, to Newtonville and back to the Library.   • Group Ride – USS Constitution

    We're riding to the USS Constitution at the Charlestown Navy Yard!    We'll ride along the Charles River on the Cambridge and Boston sides, past the Museum of Science, under the Zakim Bridge and through Paul Revere Park to check out Old Ironsides.  We'll stay for a short visit and a bite to eat, then return.  Tours of Old Ironsides are free.  You can also visit the USS CASSIN YOUNG, a Fletcher Class destroyer docked in the Charlestown Navy Yard while you are there.  Bring a picnic lunch or snack to eat dockside!
